2 Abilene men, teen girl arrested on drug charges

Two men and a teen girl were arrested after police executed a search warrant last week and found illegal narcotics at a north Abilene apartment complex.

Taken into custody, in addition to the unidentified 16-year-old, were:

*- Davi'Yon Mims, 20, of Abilene

*- Donavon Malik Jordan, 20, of Abilene

The Abilene Police Department's Special Operations Division carried out the search warrant on Wednesday, Nov. 8.




"Inside the apartment, agents located 11.7 grams of cocaine, 18.1 grams of MDMA (Ecstasy), 6.6 oz. of Alprazolam, over 1 pound of marijuana and $300 in counterfeit currency," an Abilene Police Department news release said Wednesday.

Mims and Jordan are facing possession of marijuana and three delivery of a controlled substance charges (Alprazolam, MDMA and cocaine). Jordan is also facing a forgery charge.

The 16-year-old female is facing a possession of marijuana charge.

Mims and Jordan remain in Taylor County Jail on bonds totaling $90,000.
