Abilene man indicted for driving while intoxicated, killing passenger
ABILENE, Texas - An Abilene man is indicted after driving a car while intoxicated and killing an Anson man .
Daniel Trujillo Gallo has been charged with intoxication manslaughter.
Gallo was speeding in a pickup truck with three passengers including the victim Christian Garcia.
Gallo hit a light pole, parked truck and tree on North 10th street.
Gallo admitted to drinking that evening.
Garcia was pronounced dead at the scene.
He was booked into the Taylor County Jail in June and released the same day.
