Brown Co. judge sentences man with previous convictions to life in prison
BROWN COUNTY, Texas - The Brown County Court-At-Law Judge sentenced a man to life in prison on Wednesday.
Randall Ray Bowers, 44, was convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of forgery, according to court documents.
Bowers' aggravated assault charge involved a firearm.
Judge Sam Moss gave him two life sentences that will run concurrently. Bowers waived his right to a jury, opting for a bench trial.
