Brown County grand jury indicts two suspected drug dealers

BROWN COUNTY, Texas - Two accused drug dealers targeted in a Brown County meth bust two months ago have been indicted for their crimes.

Nina Marie Ballejo and Jaclyn Dyann Davison were both indicted by a Brown County grand jury during its September session.

They were two of 57 people Brown County law enforcement executed arrests warrants on back in August for allegedly selling illegal drugs.

Ballejo was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone, according to court documents. She was arrested during the meth round up.

Davison, however, remains on the loose, according to the Brown County Sheriff's Office. She was indicted for possession of a controlled substance.

The sheriff's office believes Davison stole a vehicle and drove to California.
