SAN ANGELO, Texas - Two men and the ex-girlfriend of a missing Abilene man who is believed to be the victim of a homicide have been arrested in connection with his disappearance.

Kristen Anne Dean Jennings, 28, of San Angelo, is charged with burglary of a habitation with intent to commit another felony. She was transferred to the Taylor County Jail on Friday where she is being held on $50,000 bond.

Her husband Stephen Lynn Jennings, 34, of San Angelo, and father-in-law Garry Lynn Jennings, 60, of Glenn Heights, are charged with tamper or fabricate with physical evidence with intent to impair.

On Tuesday, the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office searched Kristen and Stephen's home on Duckworth Road, northeast of San Angelo. Evidence collected at home, along with information obtained during the investigation, "indicate Eric Torrez is the victim of a homicide," according to the sheriff's office.

Torrez was last seen Friday, July 21. He was headed from Sweetwater to perform work on a home in Tom Green County. Abilene police were able to determine his last known location was Duckworth Road around 1 p.m. Friday. PHOTOS OF TORREZ --}

That same day, Abilene police say Kristen forced her way into Torrez's home and confronted his mother, Delores Cortez. APD Detective Mike Scott gave no indication that Torrez was in the home. According to a court document obtained by KTXS, they argued about the 4-year-old girl she had with Torrez. During the argument, Jennings pushed Cortez to the floor and "forcibly took" her daughter, according to the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office.

Two days earlier, Kristen posted on Facebook that she was "seriously done with the 'legal' way of doing this!!"

Kristen was arrested by the sheriff's office on Tuesday. They arrested Stephen on Wednesday. The sheriff's office and Texas Rangers also arrested her father-in-law in Red Oak around 2 a.m. Friday.

Torrez' truck was found in the Walmart parking lot in Ballinger on Thursday. But the sheriff's office has not found Torrez' body.

The 4-year-old girl that was taken by Kristen, along with her two other children, are in CPS custody, according to a family member.
