ABILENE, Texas - Rain chances go down overnight and expect to start Monday dry. Lows will be in the low 70s with southeast winds at 10 to 15 mph.
Monday, skies are expected to clear throughout the day and highs will get back to the mid to upper 90s across the area. Winds will be from the south at 10 mph. Lows overnight will be in the low to mid-70s with partly cloudy skies.
Tuesday, expect similar, partly cloudy and warm conditions. Highs will be in the mid to upper 90s once again. Winds pick up slightly from the south at 10 to 15 mph. Into the evening, lows will get down to the mid-70s.
Wednesday, cloud cover will start to build into the area once again and temperatures will slowly cool as well. Rain chances build into the evening time and will last through the night. Lows will be in the mid-70s.
Thursday, rain will move out through the morning and skies will clear. Highs will warm to the low to mid-90s. Winds will be from the south at 10 to 15 mph. Lows will get down to the low to mid-70s.
Friday and Saturday, high clouds will start to move into the area ahead of a cold front entering the panhandle. Temperatures will get down to the low 90s and winds will pick up from the south to 15 to 20 mph.
By Sunday, expect breezy and slightly cooler conditions.
