ABILENE, Texas - Good morning! As you're getting up conditions outside will be clear with lows in the low 50s to low 60s and winds will be out of the southwest at 5-15 mph. Thursday afternoon with see sunny skies with highs well above average, as many make it to the upper 80s/ low 90s. Some locations have the potential to even break their previous high temperature record. Winds will be build out of the southwest around 10-20 mph later on this afternoon. Thursday night looks like it will be clear to mostly clear with lows in the mid/ upper 50s. For our Friday, highs will remain above normal in the mid/ upper 80s with sunny to mostly sunny skies and we'll have southwest winds at 5-15 mph. Friday night looks like it will be mostly clear with lows in the upper 50s/ low 60s. Into the weekend, for both Saturday and Sunday, the region looks like it will become mostly sunny to partly cloudy. Highs both days will be in the mid/ upper 80s with winds from the south/ southwest at 5-10 mph. Lows through this period will be in the low 60s with partly cloudy conditions. Monday and Tuesday look like they will be partly cloudy with highs cooling to the low/ mid-80s and winds will remain out of the south at 5-10 mph. Lows through this time are expected to be in the upper 50s/ low 60s across the region. Currently, for Wednesday, it looks like a cold front will move in early Wednesday morning.
