ABILENE, Texas - We are still tracking an upper level low pressure system that is drifting into our region. It is tapping into the very warm, moist air and creating scattered thundershowers. Heavy rainfall is the main weather danger. However, isolated stronger storms could produce small hail and gusty winds.

Scattered showers should be with us for Thursday and Friday. We are still expecting the upper level system to move east of our area during Saturday and take the rain chances with it. Dry weather is still forecast for Sunday and continuing through Wednesday.

Low temperatures should be in the low to middle 60s for the next several days. High temperatures should be around 80 Thursday and Friday and in the middle 80s Saturday. We be could back up around 90 Sunday through Wednesday.
