BROWNWOOD, Texas - A suspect in a deadly hit-and-run accident goes on trial Tuesday for murder for allegedly killing an 8-year-old Brownwood boy.

The trial for Samuel Juarez Jr., 35, will begin at 9 a.m. inside the 35th Judicial District Court.

He waived his right to a jury trial on Oct. 5.
