Abilene man indicted for first of two robberies committed one hour apart

Jeremy Fuller was arrested during August 2017 after police say he robbed two convenience stores within two hours of each other.

ABILENE, Texas - An Abilene man was indicted Thursday for the first of two convenience store robberies he is accused of committing on the same day.

Jeremy Fuller, 31, was indicted on two counts of aggravated robbery for a robbery that happened in August at the Eskimo Hut in the 3300 block of North 10th Street.

According to court documents, Fuller pulled out a knife and demanded money.

The clerk ran out of the store. Fuller chased after the clerk but did not get any money.

Fuller is also accused of robbing a 7-11 at the corner of South 20th Street and Highland Avenue less than two hours later.

Fuller was arrested that same day after leading police on a short chase.

He is being held at the Taylor County jail on bonds totaling $88,500.
