Former Abilene Christian University student re-indicted for sexual assault of drunk co-ed
ABILENE, Texas —
A former Abilene Christian University student was re-indicted Thursday for sexually assaulting an intoxicated girl at a party.
A Taylor County grand jury indicted Jacob Raymond Windsor, 23, of two counts of sexual assault.
According to the indictment, Windsor had sex with another student at a party in August 2014.
The victim said she “lost the ability to control her mental or physical faculties” after someone slipped something in her drink.
When she woke up the next morning, her underwear was missing. She told police she had not consented to having sex.
A physical exam showed signs “consistent with rough sex.” Police recovered semen from her shorts.
According to the indictment, Windsor admitted to knowing the victim was drunk. But he said he only touched her inappropriately.
Windsor was originally indicted in February 2015.
