Indictment: Abilene man tells victim ‘B***h, I will kill you’
ABILENE, Texas —
An Abilene man accused of threatening to kill a woman was indicted Thursday by a grand jury.
Antonio Cleophus Webster, 18, was indicted on one count of aggravated assault.
According to the indictment, the victim told police that Webster tried to run over her in February. He then pulled out a gun, pointed it at the victim and yelled “B***h, I will kill you” and “B***h, I will shoot you.”
The victim sped off, but was followed by Webster. She drove home and called police.
When police went to Webster’s house the next day, they say he ran but was caught in the backyard.
They found two guns – including one that matched the description of the gun given by the victim – in Webster’s car.
