The Round Rock Police Department says the alert has been discontinued in Texas, and is still ongoing in other places where they believe the girls could be.

RRPD says the young girls could be with 44-year-old Terry Allen Miles, a person of interest in the death of the children's mother, Tonya Bates.

Round Rock police said they were called out to a home on the 2600 block of Leslie Court on December 30.
