Abilene police: Victim of 4-vehicle crash on Loop 322 has died

A 30-year-old woman who was injured late Friday in a four-vehicle crash on Loop 322 has died.

Nicole Lee has officially been pronounced dead by the justice of the peace, Abilene police spokesman Rick Tomlin said Tuesday afternoon.

Lee’s Ford F-150 was hit by a 2002 Nissan Maxima in a “near head-on collision” when the 16-year-old driver crossed the center median into westbound traffic.

Lee’s truck was then struck by a 2006 silver Chevy Silverado.

The Maxima then collided with a 2006 Ford Fusion.

Abilene police have identified the woman who was critically injured Friday night in a 4-vehicle crash on Loop 322.

Nicole Lee, 30, is still listed in critical condition at Hendrick Medical Center.
