"Prime Time" Deion Sanders attends ACU football's mega camp
ACU football held its West Texas Mega camp on Thursday featuring high school football players from around the state working on skills in front of college scouts under the prime time lights of Wildcat Stadium.
But it featured a dash of "Prime Time" himself.
Former Dallas Cowboy and NFL great Deion Sanders made an appearance at Wildcat Stadium, watching his sons participate in the camp. Deion currently is a TV Analyst with the NFL Network and also is the offensive coordinator at Trinity Christian-Cedar Hill.
Sanders, who embraces Texas football through and through, chatted with college scouts and of course high school players participating in the camp, and departed Abilene with nice tweet to ACU football.
ACU coach Adam Dorrel and his staff ran prospects through different drills and excercises so scouts could evaluate players. Representatives included those from North Texas, Oklahoma State, UTEP, Tulsa, Angelo State, McMurry, and more.
