Firehouse Chicken Salad
3-4 large chicken breast
2 tablespoons of sweet relish
1-2 cups red seedless grapes (sliced in halves)
2 tablespoons of ranch dressing mix
4 healthy tablespoons of real mayonnaise
2 healthy tablespoons of cool whip
Boil chicken in water until completely cooked. Cut or shred chicken into small pieces. Add ingredients and stir. Cover & refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
