BROWNIES

4 eggs

2 tablespoons vanilla
( you can use only 1 tablespoon if ya like, but use the good stuff)

1 cup butter (melted)

1 1/2 cups baking cocoa

1 3/4 cups flour (unbleached)

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 tablespoon sea salt

2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

MIx all the above in a large mixing bowl, then pour onto cookie sheet (make sure you use parchment paper on the cookie sheet). Bake in pre heated oven at 350 for 13 -15  min. Let cool for 20-30 min.
