Sliced Potatoes 1-1 ¾ pounds
Green Onions ½ bunch,
Red Onions ¼ of onion
Celery ½ package
Mushrooms 1 package
Green Beans ½ pound
Yellow Squash 2-3 sliced
Broccoli ½ pounds
Cilantro pinch
Sage 1/8 teaspoon (to taste)
Parsley pinch
Poppy Seed 1/8 teaspoon (to taste)
Ground Oregano 1/8 teaspoon (to taste)
Ground Basil 1/8 teaspoon (to taste)
Salt and Pepper to taste
2-3 quarts water
Baby Carrots ½ pound
Cook until veggies are tender low to medium temperature (3-4 hours)
