MCM Elegante

Pam Seared Salmon w/Citrus Aioli

  • 1 6oz Salmon
  • 1 Juice of Lemon
  • 1 Juice of Lime
  • 1 Tsp of Garlic Freshly chopped
  • 1 Cup of Mayonnaise
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

 

Aioli (served 4)

Mix mayonnaise, garlic, juice in a bowl
Add salt & pepper to taste

Pour a little blend oil in a saute' pan. Over high heat bring oil to smoking point. When pan is at smoking point carefully add salmon to oil. Let set until edge is brown, carefully flip slam on over finish in 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes

 

Remove fish and place on paper towel. Arrange vegetables & starch on place salmon on top, spoon a little of the aioli on top.
