Spano's Italian Restaurant

Pasta Carbonara

  • 8 oz Pasta of Choice
  • 4 oz Crisp Bacon
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 2 Table Spoons Grated Parm Cheese
  • 2 Table Spoons Schredded Parm Cheese
  • Pepper
  • 2 oz Heavy Cream
  • Garlic Clove

 

  Heat Garlic and bacon together until crisp and brow.
  Combine all ingredients above and toss with hot pasta to finish.
