Linguine With Chipotle Shrimp


8 oz Linguine Pasta Cooked
6 Jumbo Shrimp Raw
4 small button Mushrooms
2 cloves Garlic
1 Table Spoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 table spoons Chipotle Pesto
2oz  Goat cheese
1 oz Pine Nuts

Saute Garlic and mushrooms for 1 minute, add raw shrimp, and a little pasta water cook until Pink and shrimp Starts to curl, add Chipotle Pesto and cook for a few minutesadd linguine and a little pasta water to loosen up. Transfer to plate and top with nuts and Goat Cheese.
