Spano's Italian Restaurant

Rosemary and olive oil stuffed shrimp wrapped in Prosciutto

      • 2 Jumbo shrimp peeled and Cleaned
      • 5 Saltine Crackers
      • 5 Rosemary Olive oil Triscuits
      • 2 slices Prosciutto Ham
      • Mozzarella cheese
      • 1 small Can Clam meat

Grind Crackers Together until Fine. Mix Clam Meat into Breading, Butterfly The Shrimp and Fill with stuffing and cheese. Wrap in prosciutto and bake on 350 fo 15 miniutes.
