According to the indictment, John Luther Hawk III had sex with the victim on July 24 and “compelled (her) to submit and participate by the use of physical force and violence.”
Hawk was arrested July 28 and released the same day on $5,000 bond.
KTXS reached out to Hawk on Aug. 7 to get his side of the story. We have yet to hear back.
