Voting machines lose power at Eastland County polling site

ABILENE, Texas - The polling location at the First Baptist Church Family Life Center in Cisco had an electrical issue Tuesday, which caused the voting machines there to lose power.

We're told however, the problem has been fixed and all of the machines at the polling location--one of nine in Eastland County--are running properly.

Cisco residents that cast their vote after the glitch was fixed said their voting experience was quick and easy.

"Definitely no lines, pretty straight to the point, didn't have to waste much time," said Cisco resident Capri Berry.

We reached out to Eastland County Joint Elections Administrator Lori Mangum to see what caused the computers to lose power, but she was not available to comment on the incident.
