Abilene man accused of posting revenge porn on internet indicted

Nicholas Adam Morales

An Abilene man accused of posting revenge porn on the internet was indicted on Thursday by a Taylor County grand jury.

Nicholas Adam Morales, 21, of Abilene, was incited on two counts of unlawful disclosure or promotion of intimate visual material.

According to the indictment, an Abilene Christian University student messaged the victim on Facebook in September saying that he found "obscene pictures" of her on a revenge porn site and that he was also sent another lewd image of her on Snapchat.

The student then sent the victim a screenshot of one of the photos that Morales sent him, which showed her exposed breast, which was taken while she was dating Morales.

The screenshot also included the victim's first name and last name.

The victim said that it made her angry that Morales would share the "intimate photos" because he promised not to show the images to anybody.

The victim confronted Morales through text messages and "he apologized and admitted the photographs were supposed to remain private."
