ABILENE, Texas — An Abilene man accused of sexually abusing a 7-year-old girl was indicted Thursday.
According to the indictment, Jose Luis Ledesma, 51, was tickling the victim in October 2018. She asked him to stop, but he refused.
Ledesma then put his hand down her pants and touched her "private part," according to the indictment.
Later that night, after smoking marijuana, Ledesma is accused of looking at "pictures of little girls with no clothes on."
A witness said he tried to show them to a teenage girl.
Ledesma asked the witness when the victim was coming back because "he wanted more."
The indictment states Ledesma said he wanted to have sex with her and that he liked younger girls.
Police said Ledesma told them he possibly tickled the victim's female genitalia and that he jokingly told her that he liked it.
When police told Ledesma what he was being charged with, police said Ledesma got sick and threw up.
Ledesma was arrested in November and is being held on a $175,000 bond.
