A second man has been arrested in connection to an online child exploitation investigation that the Abilene Police Department began on Sunday with the arrest of Alex Jade Tucker, 17, of Abilene.

Santos Ezekiel Martinez, 21, of Albany, was arrested on Monday by the Abilene Police Department's Cyber Crimes Unit for sexual assault of a child, which is a second-degree felony.

Police say Martinez sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl in Abilene in the summer of 2017.

After being interviewed by police at the Taylor County Law Enforcement Center, Martinez was also charged with indecency with a child.

Police say that incident happened in Jones County earlier this year.

Martinez was released from the Taylor County Jail on a $25,000 bond the same day he was arrested.
