Another dry, sunny week ahead

A cold front today brought us cooler temperatures and stronger winds. Overnight, temperatures will continue to fall into the 30s, with a few areas seeing a light freeze. Winds will subside to about 5 mph.

Monday, expect a mostly sunny day with temperatures topping out in the low 60s once again. Winds will shift to the east through the day at 5 to 10 mph. Overnight, temperatures will be in the mid 30s to low 40s under mostly clear skies.

Clear skies continue into Tuesday and temperatures start to warm up slowly. Highs will be in the low to mid-60s with east winds at 10 to 15 mph. Tuesday night, lows will be in the upper 30s to low 40s.

Wednesday, winds start to pick up and temperatures climb near 70. South winds at 15 mph with stronger gusts, will bring in some moisture to the area. Lows will be in the low 50s with winds staying strong overnight.

Thursday and Friday, expect another breezy day with south/southwest winds between 15 to 25 mph. Temperatures climb even more to the mid 70s and eventually 80s by the end of the week. Cloud cover will increase through the end of the week as well, bringing us to some slight rain chances heading into the weekend.

Conditions remain very dry this week and with winds picking up as well, burning is discouraged.
