Breckenridge man charged with capital murder in death of his parents

A Breckenridge man is accused of killing his parents.

Paxton Lee Sullivan, 28, was arraigned Sunday afternoon and charged with "capital murder of multiple people."

His bond was set at $2 million dollars.

Sullivan was arrested Friday after police found the bodies of his parents, Mitchel and Terry Sullivan, at their home at 600 N Front Street.

Details of the murders have not been released by the Texas Rangers who are handling the investigation for Breckenridge police.

A visitation for Mitchel and Terry Sullivan will be held on Monday from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Family Life Center at First Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at First Baptist Church.

The church is hosting a "Night of Hope" for the Breckenridge community on Sunday at 6 p.m.

“We invite all to come together for a time of Prayer and Worship as we seek the Lord, for in times of tragedy He is our Hope!” the church wrote in a post on its Facebook page.
