Cisco police seized $200,000 worth of heroin during a traffic stop on I-20.

About 9 p.m. Tuesday, Sgt. Leslie Trammell stopped a vehicle on westbound I-20 for a minor traffic violation.

The driver -- who was headed from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area to New Mexico -- consented to a search of the vehicle.

Police say they discovered 5 lbs. 6 oz. of heroin in a clothes bag in the back seat.

The driver -- 32-year- old Ray Jaquez of Eunice, New Mexico -- is charged with manufacture/deliv ery of a controlled substance.

His bond was set at $100,000.
