Small rain chances, mostly dry week

Storm Alert Forecast - Copy.png

Cloud cover increased this evening ahead of our next cold front.

Overnight, that will continue and the cold front will make it's way through very early in the morning Sunday. Temperatures will start the day in the mid-40s as north winds pick up to 15 to 20 mph.

Very slight rain chances accompany this cold front, mainly in the eastern parts of the Big Country. Cloud cover is expected to stick around through the day and highs will be in the upper 50s.

Skies clear into Monday and temperatures remain in the upper 50s. Monday night, lows drop to the low to mid-30s. A few areas could see a light freeze.

Tuesday and into the rest of the week, temperatures climb back to the 60s and 70s, and eventually the 80s by Friday. South winds pick up by the end of the week as well, bringing the wild fire dangers back into play.

Overall, it will be another very dry week across the Big Country.

Don't forget to set those clocks forward! -MM-
