CLYDE, Texas — Clyde police say a suspicious man seen at the park and the driver who picks him up are not "human traffickers."
Chief Robert Dalton said the man has mental health issues and speaks limited English as he is not from the United States.
The driver of the car is his mother. She takes him to and from the park.
They are not "human traffickers" as described in some social media posts, however he can come across as intimidating and aggressive when approaching people due to his mental health issues.
Police have asked his mother to stay with him when he's at the park.
They said if the issues continue, he will be asked to stay away from the park.
