Abilene man indicted for inappropriately touching young girl

An Abilene man accused of inappropriately touching a young girl was indicted Thursday for indecency with a child by contact.

According to the indictment, Brooks Lee Turnbow, 35, began to inappropriately touching the underage girl in January 2015.

The girl told police that he would inappropriately touch her at night.

She switched from shorts to pajama pants hoping to keep it from happening

The girl told police that Turnbow "got upset about this and made holes in the crotch area of her pajama pants."

Turnbow reportedly told the girl that he was "just making her feel good."

Turnbow was arrested in March and released on $30,000 bond.
