Multiple suspects arrested in Tom Green County for crimes against children

TOM GREEN COUNTY, Texas — Three suspects were arrested in late December 2022 for crimes against children.

According to a press release, Tom Green County Sheriff's Office Deputies conducted several criminal investigations regarding the Possession of Child Pornography.

Three suspects were arrested for Possession of Child Pornography, which is a 3rd-degree felony punishable of up to two to ten years in prison. Juelz Arnstead, 19, and Elvis Smith, 40, were arrested on December 27th, 2022.

James Needham, 28, was arrested on December 31st, 2022, bringing the year's total to 21 arrests made relating to sex crimes against children.
