Arrington headed toward winning a second term in U.S. House of Representatives
ABILENE, Texas —
Incumbent Republican Jodey Arrington appears to be well on his way to earning a second term representing Texas’ 19th congressional district in the United States House of Representatives.
With 7 percent of precincts reporting, Arrington has captured 81 percent of the vote, compared to 19 percent for Democratic candidate Miguel Levario.
Arrington, a former administrator at Texas Tech University, has been representing Texas’ 19th congressional district since 2017 and Levario is a professor at Texas Tech University.
