Two elderly men found dead in Buffalo Gap in homes without power, water

The Taylor County Sheriff's Office is investigating at least two suspected weather related deaths.

Sheriff Ricky Bishop said two elderly men -- David Sartan and Richard Parker -- were found dead in Buffalo Gap between 9-11 a.m. Wednesday.

Both men were in their homes but did not have power or water.

A third elderly man -- David Waggoner -- was found dead on his back porch in Tuscola.

Bishop said its unclear whether the death was weather related or something else -- like a medical condition or he slipped and fell.

He did not know why Waggoner was outside.
