ABILENE, Texas — An Abilene teenager accused of having sex with two underage girls was indicted Thursday for continuous sexual abuse of a child
According to the indictment, two 13-year-old girls told police in April that Joshua David Robertson, 17, had sex with them.
One girl said she had sex with him from March 2016 unit January 2018.
She said they stopped when Robertson started having sex with her best friend.
The other victim said they had sex four times. The first time was December 2017 and the last was around the first of March 2018.
Police say Robertson admitted having sex with both girls. He said it started when they were 11 and he was 15.
Robertson said "he knew it was wrong because both girls were too young," according to the indictment.
He has not yet been arrested.
