Brownwood man indicted for bestiality waives his arraignment
BROWNWOOD, Texas —
A Brownwood man indicted for reportedly having sex with a dog waived his right to an arraignment on Monday.
David Lynn Seward, 62, of Brownwood, was indicted in August by a grand jury for bestiality and possession of a controlled substance, according to court documents.
The alleged bestiality happened this year on January 27 in Brownwood.
Seward remains in the Brown County Jail on bonds totaling $30,000.
