BROWNWOOD, Texas — A Brownwood man accused of alleged sexual abuse of two young girls has been indicted.
A jury indicted Garrett Scott Curtis, 28, for continuous sexual abuse of a young child or children.
According to court documents, Curtis spent more than two years sexually abusing the girls -- who were under the age of 14 -- at multiple locations in Brown County.
The sexual assaults began in November of 2016 and ended in July of 2018 when one of the victims made an outcry.
Curtis was arrested in September. He remains in the Brown County Jail on $500,000 bond.
