A San Angelo man is accused of sexually assaulting a child and filming it with his cell phone.

Pablo Albert Lemus Jr., 26, is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.

On Sunday, police responded to the 100 block of Norwood Drive for the report of a sexual assault of a child.

According to police, Lemus sexually assaulted a child younger than 14 three times.

They said he took off to avoid being arrested and was hiding in Wray, Colorado -- 170 miles east of Denver.
