The city of Kyle, Texas held its Kyle Fair A Tex-Travaganza this weekend.
The event is an attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the largest same name gathering.
Everyone named Kyle was required to show some form of ID, and they were all given a shirt that read ‘my name is Kyle’.
In the end, over 1,300 people named Kyle attended, but unfortunately, they fell just short of the record.
