FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) - If you ate at a Chili's restaurant sometime in the past two months, it's now asking you to keep a close eye on your bank and credit card accounts.

Chili's has experienced a data breach.

The restaurant is telling customers the breach may have resulted in "unauthorized access or acquisition of payment card data."

In a statement, Chili's says it learned about the breach May 11 at "certain restaurants."

The breach impacts those who went to Chili's between March and April.

It doesn't know whether all locations are affected -- that's still being investigated by third-party forensic experts.

Chili's is working to provide fraud resolution and credit monitoring services for those who may have been impacted.
