A former Dippin' Dots CEO was accused of assaulting his girlfriend, with police in Oklahoma saying they found him naked in his front yard.

According to court documents, Scott Fischer's girlfriend had come home from work on Tuesday evening and found him intoxicated.

The two had an argument about his drinking, which reportedly had escalated during the past several weeks.

The argument continued until Fischer, 43, got undressed and went to bed around 5:45 p.m. EDT.

Police said Fischer resumed arguing with his girlfriend about six hours later when she was trying to go to bed. Court documents show Fischer got up from bed, grabbed his girlfriend's shirt, and began assaulting her at that time.

Fischer allegedly grabbed her around her throat and began choking her until she slapped him to get away.

The ordeal then went into the living room, where Fischer allegedly threw his girlfriend over the couch onto her back and began striking her in the chest with his fist. Police said there were several small droplets of blood on the back of the seat cushions.

When Fischer's girlfriend was able to get up and call 911, he allegedly took the phone away from her in an effort to interfere with her reporting the incident. She was eventually able to get out of the house.

Police said when they arrived at the scene, Fischer was "completely naked with a blank expression on his face."

According to police, "Fischer had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage" and was "unsteady on his feet as we walked him to the patrol vehicle."

Fischer was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on complaints of public intoxication, domestic violence by strangulation, interfering with an emergency call, and indecent exposure.

It wasn't Fischer's first brush with the law. In 2021, he was accused of revenge porn in a lawsuit filed by an ex-girlfriend.
