Weekend lightning strikes shut down several city departments in San Angelo

SAN ANGELO, Texas — Several lightning strikes that erupted over the weekend have temporary shut down network and phone capabilities in San Angelo.

Here is a list of the following affected departments:

• Stormwater
• Street & Bridge
• Traffic
• Fleet Maintenance
• Station 618 & Recreation administration
• Fairmount Cemetery
• Fort Concho
• Water Lab
• Water Production

There is currently no estimated time for when the services will be restored. KTXS will update you once the city has new information.
