Roscoe needs to beat Cross Plains by 13 points or more in order to win tiebreaker and take 4th seed. If Roscoe beats Cross Plains by 12 points or less, then Cross Plains would win tiebreaker on positive/negative points and take 4th seed.

Baird needs to beat Haskell by 18 or more points in order to put both Haskell and Baird at 0 positive/negative points. This would put Haskell, Roscoe and Baird at 0 points. Therefore, the tiebreaker goes to a coin flip for the 4th seed.
