Chelsie Burroughs

Chelsie Burroughs is a Multi-Media Journalist at KTXS News. She was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas.

Chelsie received her Bachelor's Degree in mass communication from Dallas Baptist University. She will receive her Masters Degree in journalism from the University of North Texas in December of 2022. She is also a member of the National Association of Black Journalists.

Prior to her moving to Abilene, Chelsie lived in Yuma, Arizona where she was a morning news anchor and producer. In her spare time, she enjoys watching true crime, fine dining, and running.
