Sarah Burns

Sarah Burns is a Digital News Producer and multi-media journalist at KTXS News. She was born and raised just outside of Philadelphia sparking her love for Wawa coffee and Philly sports teams.

Sarah received her Bachelor of Science degree in Media Arts Production from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. She also is a member of the National Broadcasting Society and has a certification in multi-media journalism from West Texas A&M University.

She moved to Abilene shortly after graduating in May of 2021. In her spare time, she enjoys taking her rescue dog Lady on Texas walks, sipping iced coffee and listening to music by Harry Styles.

Sarah loves life in The Big Country and being part of our community rich in history with an eye to the future.
